Xiaomi introduces its new products with the event organized within the scope of Mi Fan Festival 2020. Among the new products introduced by the Chinese technology giant in the event are Mi Smart PTZ cameras that can be used for security purposes. The two new cameras come in two different variants, the Mi Smart Camera PTZ and PTZ Pro. The cameras are part of the Chinese manufacturer’s smart home solutions and can be used as a home security camera. Xiaomi Mi Smart Camera PTZ Mi Smart Camera PTZ includes a camera with a 3 MP f / 1.4 aperture. The device supports full-color video recording in low light. It can also record in 2K resolution. In this way, it can capture more detailed and more accurate images. The Mi Smart Camera PTZ has a 6P lens and offers a 360-degree field of view. Xiaomi Mi Smart Camera PTZ Pro Mi Smart Camera PTZ Pro is the high-end camera of the series. The Pro version supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz + 5GHz) as well as having more Bluetooth gateway functionality. At the same time, it offers a 360-degree field of view with a 3 MP camera with artificial intelligence supported human detection and panorama scanning. The price of the standard Mi Smart Camera PTZ was announced as $ 28, while the price of the Pro version was announced as $ 35. Security cameras are currently pre-ordered on Xiaomi’s official website in China.
