The company names these variants, which are determined by their screen size, as RedmiBook Ruilong 13, RedmiBook Ruilong 14 II and RedmiBook Ruilong 16. With this move, the company seems to target all consumers who need different sized laptops. All of the new Redmi laptops feature AMD’s Ruilong 4000U series processors with a 7 nm production process. Featuring Zen2 architecture, this processor increases energy efficiency twice and also gives the series its name. Vega series GPUs integrated with these processors also serve consumers with an increased performance of 59 percent. This duo provides 25 percent more performance than its competitors in total. Redmi offers multiple processors and GPU options on its new laptops. Consumers can have these laptops with an 8-core Ruilong 7 4700U processor and a Vega 7 GPU, but with a 6-core Ruilong 5 4500U and Vega 6 GPU. The Ruilong 7 4700U operates in the 2.0-4.1GHz range, while the Ruilong 5 4500U operates in the 2.3-4.0GHz speed range. In addition, consumers can use this computer in Redmi-specific operating modes.
