Now, Microsoft has announced an update that it is preparing to release for the new internet browser and what innovations this update includes. According to the statements made by Microsoft, Chromium based Edge, which will be updated in April; it will receive three new features, namely vertical tabs, smart copy and password tracker. Vertical tabs Vertical tabs mean the tabs that will be placed on the left side of the Chromium-based Edge and located vertically. This new feature, called Microsoft vertical tabs, will allow easy finding, no matter how many tabs are open. Smart copy We can clearly say that the smart copy feature will make the job of many users easier. Within the scope of this feature, consumers will be able to easily copy any part of a website they want. Moreover, this copying process will include the images and links as well as the texts in the relevant section. Smart copying will continue to maintain the formatting of the website while doing this. Password tracker The passwords we use on the internet are the main point of our security. However, our passwords and usernames may leak from time to time for some reason. “Password Monitor” prepared by Microsoft will follow the names and passwords you use on their websites. If the name and password in question have been subject to any infiltration before, you will receive a warning. Microsoft considers that users can be secured in this way. Microsoft’s Edge comments are not limited to these. The company also mentioned that Chromium-based Edge will receive 3 new features in the future. These features are; collections appear as InPrivate mode and reader. Users will have a hidden browser experience with InPrivate mode and they will be able to read text on their websites much easier with the reader feature. Collections feature will assist in creating content.
