March 2020 EMUI update After the Honor V30, now Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G users are getting a new EMUI update with the latest system security and additional improvements in China. The EMUI March 2020 update will include fixes for Google security patches and 2 critical level 20 top level Common Vulnerabilities and Infection (CVE). This was a second firmware update for the Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G and Nova 6 SE, which received security in February 2020 in the same month. The update is being released in groups in China, so it may take some time to arrive at these models. The new update will upgrade EMUI 10.0.1.167 to EMUI version 10.0.1.173. To update the devices, open the settings, click on “System and updates”, then click on “Software update” and select “Check for Updates”. Finally, choose “Download and install”.
