According to State Law No. 12,249 / 2009, telemarketing companies are prohibited from making calls to numbers registered in the Procon RS blocking system after 30 days after the registration has been completed. The procedure was performed on the PC, but the tips also apply to Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. See below the step by step to register. Step 1. Access the Block Registration tool on the Procon RS page (http://www.proconbllock.rs.gov.br/). Then, click on “Block Registration” in the upper left corner. Step 2. To create a new account, enter your full name, CPF, RG and e-mail. Then, type the check characters in the field below. Then, a message containing login and password will be sent to the registered email. Step 3. On the next screen, a message will appear with the confirmation of sending the email. Click “Go to login” to continue. Step 4. Open the registered email. It will contain confirmation of registration, login and password to access the user’s personal page. Note that the login is your own CPF. The password can be changed later. Step 5. Return to the Procon RS page and enter login and password. Click “Submit”. Step 6. On the personal access page, add the area code, number and operator and click on “add phone”. Below, a list of all the numbers registered on the platform and the blocking date of each one will appear. To remove a number from the block base, click on “unlock”. If you prefer, you can delete the number by clicking on the text box next to the line and then on “Delete phone”. On this page you can still change your password or make a report directly to Procon. Step 7. If you wish to enter your personal page again, access the Procon RS website and click on “Login / CPF”. You will be directed to the login page and then you will be able to enter directly with the registered access.
